A leadership development council of students from grades 8 to 12 engage in a legislative meeting format in fostering communication, education and serving learning opportunities connected to youth, youth-related and community issues.

Providing career exploration matching and work readiness skill training through school and out-of-school employment during summer and fall season.

real teens
Providing a safe space for youth to explore openly and confidentially about relevant life issues, including peer conflict, bullying, peer pressure, school/life balance, self-esteem and other issues deemed by participants.
college & career coaching
Provide real-time counseling on college and/or career interets through transcript audit, tutoring, admission essay review, financial aid and scholarship search and career matching
